Quinoa

Stock

Toasted Pine Nuts

Chopped Basil

Chopped Rosemary

Kalamata Olives

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
Cook quinoa in a saucepan with the stock until fluffy, about 25 minutes
Toss in the remaining ingredients and drizzle with the Olive Oil
