Garlic and Herb Roasted Cashews

  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Mixed Herbs
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Garlic Costco California Granulated
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Pound Unsalted and Unroasted Cashews
  1. In a mortar & pestle, grind the herbs, salt and garlic powder together

  2. Warm the olive oil in sauce pan and add the herbs and cashews.  Simmer over low for 3 minutes, stirring constantly

  3. On a foil lined pan, roast the herbs in a countertop oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
